About Opmore
A research-backed system for closing the context gap.
Opmore came out of academic research at Chalmers University of Technology on how early-stage B2B companies build their first sales motion. The thesis studied dozens of founders trying to hand the work to a team. The pattern was always the same. The founder knew how to operate, the team did not, and nobody had ever written down why.
That research produced OPTICS, six pillars that turn how a founder actually sells into a structured schema. The same extraction logic extends across every other part of a company: how decisions get made, how new hires get onboarded, how AI agents are supposed to sound. Today, OPTICS is the Sales tab inside something bigger.
Opmore is a context platform. We extract how your company operates, structure it across eight departments, and make that context the layer your team and your AI both run on. So everyone, human or agent, performs at your level even when you are not in the room.
OPTICS is one piece
The Company Brain has eight tabs. Company, Strategy, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Product, People, Finance. Each one stores the context for that part of the business. OPTICS is the schema that structures the Sales tab, six pillars built from the original thesis. The same extraction approach runs across every other tab. Different content, same principle: pull what the founder knows, make it queryable, run everything else on top.

The research behind OPTICS
"Throwing Pasta and Finding Fit" is a master's thesis written at Chalmers University of Technology on how early-stage B2B SaaS companies build their first sales process. It studied what actually works when you have no brand, no team, and no playbook, and the findings became the foundation for the OPTICS framework.

Opmore exists to help companies operate at the founder's level even when the founder is not in the room. We started with SaaS founders because that is where the context gap is most visible. The same model extends to professional services, franchise operators, and field-services companies, anywhere a senior person walks out and the institutional knowledge walks with them. Any team where a great product or service dies because the operating reasoning never made it out of someone's head.
